Patrick Franz

Fund Manager | Everly Mae Capital Group

Co-Founder of Note Investor University

Patrick Franz is an entrepreneur and investor relations leader with more than two decades of experience in sales, technology, and real estate finance.

As Co-Founder and Investor Relations Director of Everly Mae Investments, Patrick helps accredited investors move beyond market speculation into real estate-secured income — becoming the bank, not the borrower. His path began in sales at 15, and by 19 he was raising venture capital for startup .com companies. He went on to found a technology company that was successfully acquired in 2011, trained sales teams for one of the West Coast’s largest home remodeling firms, and served as branch manager for US Remodelers following its acquisition by Home Depot.

That breadth of experience — raising capital, building companies, and leading sales organizations — shapes how Patrick guides investors today: with clarity, confidence, and a focus on capital preservation, dependable cash flow, and lasting peace of mind.

Bethany Humphries

Fund Manager | Everly Mae Capital Group

Instructor for Note Investor University

Bethany Humphries is a Professional Investor and Fund Manager at Everly Mae Capital Group, where she co-manages the $20 million Everly Mae Real Estate Fund alongside her father and mentor, Desi Arnaz. She has been active in the mortgage note space since 2012, starting her career working directly with her dad and learning the business from the ground up.

Over the years, Bethany has helped build and systematize the operations behind a multi-million-dollar mortgage note fund, overseeing investor relations, capital raising, portfolio management, and fund administration while leading a growing team.

As an Instructor for Note Investor University, Bethany teaches due diligence — equipping students with the skills to properly evaluate mortgage notes, assess risk, review collateral, and make informed investment decisions. Her focus is on helping investors protect their capital by understanding exactly what they are buying before they deploy funds.

Her mission is to make note investing clear, disciplined, and approachable so more investors can build sustainable income with confidence.
