Desi Arnaz
Desi Arnaz is a Professional Investor & Co-founder of the Note Investor University. He teaches investors how to safely & profitably invest in mortgage-backed Promissory Notes. He is also the Managing Partner of the Everly Mae Real Estate Fund, a $20Million hedge fund that sells notes to individual investors and to other funds. Desi is a frequent guest speaker at Note Investing Conferences and REIA Meetings nationwide. He has been a full-time Investor and Real Estate Broker since 1982. However, after discovering note investing in 2013, he and his wife Patricia decided to liquidate their “brick & mortar” real estate portfolio and go all-in on the “paper” side of real estate.
